Absolutely, yes. Golden Maze insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. Because we want to make sure you receive your products, we require that you sign for goods delivered. At that point, you become responsible for the pieces. However, if the pieces are to be delivered to someone other than yourself, then signature by the recipient at the specified delivery address constitutes for delivery by Golden Maze and responsibility for the product is transferred at that point.
We are confident that you will love and want to keep our products. Nevertheless, you have 15 days after delivery to return your order.
Make sure that the products have not been worn and have all tags attached when they are returned. Keep your proof of return until we have processed the order. Please let 5 days after the arrival of your return at our warehouse, passes, in order to get back to you to sort it out. You’ll receive an email notification when your return shipment is processed, so make sure to check your inbox!
Products that have been damaged or used cannot be refunded or exchanged. The right of return-exchange and refund does not exist for products that have been produced or adapted to your own special needs.
When the return shipment has been processed, the purchase sum will be on your account within 5 business days.
Unless the products are damaged or defective, we will not be able to exchange these items. If you would like to order a piece in a different size or a different product altogether, we will process it as a return. Please email us at email@example.com so we can arrange it for you.
